International Women's Day "A promise is a promise"

6 March 2013

International Women's Day  will be observed  at the Ugyen Academy multi-purpose Hall in punakha dzongkhag. Her Majesty Ashi Sangay Choden Wangchuck, UNFPA Goodwill Ambassador  will grace the occasion and address the nation. The national theme adopted for this year 2013  is "A promis is a promise".
